In the earlier years of Salem, North Carolina, two Moravian sisters - Maggie and Bessie - created the original Maggie-Bessie dolls. This 16" doll wearing a unique Moravian blue and white dress with bonnet, holding her "Grey kitten" is an adaptation of the original, and well suited to the children of today.
